This Privacy Policy describes how EUES Academy ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the EUNO mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
We collect the following types of information:
When you register or log in, we collect your full name, email address, and phone number through our learning management system. We do not store your password — credentials are validated by our course platform.
The App requests access to your microphone to enable voice interaction with the Euno AI German language tutor. When you complete a speaking exercise:
No audio data is processed or transmitted before you provide explicit consent on the in-app data-sharing consent screen.
The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to upload payment receipt images when registering for TELC exams. These images are stored securely on our servers and used only to verify your payment.
With your permission, we collect a device push token (via Expo, Inc. push notification service) to send you notifications about your courses, exam registrations, and payment confirmations.
When you register for a TELC exam, we collect name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and payment amount. This information is used to process your registration and confirm payment.
We collect information about your learning activity within the App, such as speaking practice history and quiz results, to display your progress and provide AI-powered feedback.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Exam registration and payment records are retained as required by applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS). Authentication tokens are stored using platform-level encrypted secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and are never written to unencrypted storage. We do not include personal information in application logs.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
